How this log is built
Every build of this site downloads the FDA's list, and a weekly job saves a copy whenever the list has changed. Each saved version is compared with the one before it. A change is filed under the month of the FDA list date it first appeared in; the dates inside the tables are the FDA's own cells, unedited. Contact names and phone numbers are not tracked, and a change in line breaks or footnote markers is not counted as a change. The log starts with the list dated 08/28/2026; nothing earlier is recorded here. Each facility's full current row is on its register page.
